Reyna is a sweet, happy girl who likes to play and snuggle with her people. She is friendly and social and loves to learn new things because everything is a game. She is full of energy and loves to run but also settles nicely in the house. She is athletic and very good at stalking birds. In fact, her first week in St. Louis, she caught 4 different adult birds as a 10-week-old puppy. She finished her championship easily, earning both her majors at specialty shows. Reyna is very easy to live with and always wants to please.

I had not planned on keeping a puppy from this litter. I already had three dogs, with two of them still in training and competing, so that kept me busy enough. At around 3 weeks of age, a puppy was laying up on the edge of the whelping box, with her bottom being supported by a brother puppy. That day, and with other observations, I realized quickly that this girl had to go into a home with an experienced trainer. She needed to be involved in performance sports and, as she developed physically, it was clear that she also needed a conformation show home. My criteria became an experienced show person plus an experienced trainer who would do a minimum of two different performance sports with this girl. That is not always easy to find, and although I had several people who really wanted her, none of them fit all of the criteria I had set.
Short story is that Sprite is with me, and she is everything I expected her to be. She has an awesome, confident and discerning temperament, is structurally sound, with lovely movement and beautiful expression with nice small ears. She finished her championship with ease, going Best of Breed over specials numerous times along the way. In her offspring, she has consistently produced beautiful, sound fronts, solid toplines, small ears, and more importantly, solid temperaments and dogs who love working and learning with their owners!

Reggie is one of the sweetest girls I have ever known. She is easy to live with, quiet, and gets along with all people and dogs. Reggie excels in herding, agility, and therapy work. She obtained her CD with placements all the way, in addition to mostly 1st placements while earning her agility titles from the beginning all the way to her AX and AXJ, with minimal practice and effort from me. She is just a natural and it shows.
When my mom was living, I would often take Reggie with me to visit her and the other ladies in the group home. Sometimes, Reggie and I would take Mom for a walk around the neighborhood, Reggie would walk right beside the wheelchair and go around front to visit with Mom whenever I would stop to look at flowers or animals in the area. Reggie continues to enjoy an active, happy retirement in her golden years.
